Sept 13, 2002 - Friday the 13th!
Yay! I'm home from vacation as of yesterday afternoon. I had an absolutely amazing time on Hornby Island and we took lots and lots of 'vacation' photos which for us translates into naked, kinky, and fun.
There are a total of 12 photo galleries going up from our vacation. Since I'm growing my hair for next weeks big show, none of them were head shaving, and, I was going to do some wigged pics, but forgot to bring them! ack! So, what we do have, is just some good old fashioned nudity on the beach and in the woods, and some kinky fun with some rope, in the woods and around the camp, and a number of foot fetish galleries. So there is Vanilla material, BDSM material, and foot fetish material.
It was nice to play in nature.
We saw deer, sea lions, and well, lots of bugs and slugs. The slugs were so plentiful that I ended up with one on my shoe for one of the shoots, though I won't squish animals and bugs for those foot fetish folx that enjoy that sort of thing, I could never treat an animal that way... now, a person who begs very nicely, that's a different matter, those I can squish under my heels!
My parents are always coming across little things at garage sales and thrift stores, and when they see something that they know I'll love they'll pick it up for me if it's an absolute bargain. So, on this visit with them, I acquired a lovely Asian parasol, a pair of unlined tight fitting black leather kid gloves, and a little Japanese vase. Since we had it with us camping, because we went from my parents, to the camp site, then home, we shot some photos with the new parasol in the woods.
I borrowed Wolfe's Asian style shirt so I had something to match it with, and got mostly naked, and crawled around on the mossy logs parasol in hand. It's a beautiful item. It's always nice to have an inspiration point for a photo shoot, though surrounded by rain forest, ocean, and beautiful sand stone rock formations, we were at no loss for inspirations.
I could have done two photo shoots a day for months there and never run out of fresh ideas. One of the amazing things about this gulf Island location are the sandstone formations carved out from the ocean. They have very organic sensual shapes, some small, some large. I took pictures of my feet in foot shaped crevices. I found a vulvic crevice a little larger than the real thing, deep and filled with water though surrounded by dry rock and knelt down to caress it. We did a whole photo shoot where I was literally 'making love to the earth' being caressed in the curves of rocks, caressing the rocks, mingling my body with the body of the earth, and mingling my waters with the waters of the ocean. If you can't quite decipher what that might look like, you'll just have to check the new galleries when they go up.
Which should be today, or within the next couple of days. I was so happy with all the photos we had taken that right away today I spent the morning and early part of the afternoon sorting pictures, and putting the galleries together. It was nice just to go over the holiday pictorially and relive the events of the week.
Though it's also really nice just to be home. Especially due to the limited water supply on the Island. Bathing being a matter of immersing yourself in the Pacific ocean and letting the salt water and the motion of the waves to their thing. I love swimming in the ocean, particularly nude, but, it's always so cold when you first get in before you get used to it.
This journal entry is a juicy one, I can't resist sharing vacation photos, so guests are getting lots of freebies today! Each one of these little mini's represents only part of so many images, I had the hardest time narrowing down a selection for the journal entry. There are some many pictures I'm really thrilled with. Not coming from a place of vanity, but from the sheer creative joy of the diverse and rich environment we got to photograph in.
One of the neatest places were the empty cabins and campsites. One cabin in particular, was very rustic, with a bare spring mattress, beams, dirty windows and mirrors, nooks and crannies, we took oodles of pictures in there. Vanilla galleries, bondage galleries, foot gallery. It just had so much potential. I particularly fell in love with the spring mattress, well, not a mattress, I'm not sure what you would call it. It was obviously a pallet to put your sleeping bag or pad on, as it was all springs joined by wires, partly rusted, rough, it was deliciously awkward to spread out on, to be tied down on, to...
Well, you've got a vivid imagination. Use it!
I had a few other little samples I was going to slip in here too, but it's starting to get overwhelmed. We did a series where I was tied down to the underside of a picnic table leaning up against the side of a drift wood skeleton structure on a campsite. I think it was one of the most challenging bondage positions I've ever been in. Required a lot of my own muscle use along with the rope to ensure me and the table stayed put. I had a lot of motivation, and of course Wolfe was close enough to avert disaster should I be unable to maintain my position and the table topple. That particular photo shoot was very, exciting. Though I have to say, I think on a whole, I was very aroused during all of the shoots.
Then, after my great vacation, I got to come home in time to relax for a few hours before doing my interview on playboy radio for the show NIGHTCALLS. I had an opportunity to hear from a couple of our members who I've corresponded with, emails, and chat, in the past, and it was so wonderful to get to hear their voices! I felt very appreciated, and was moved. Also, the interviewers, Julie and Tiffany, where great to chat with, and they asked a lot about the websites, so maybe some new traffic will be coming my way.
To boot, I got a mail today telling me they thought I did a great job, and inviting me to do another show some time in the future. So I was thrilled! Happy day!
If things couldn't get better. There is an amazing BDSM play party tonight that I'm going to attend with my cohort in wicked Domme fun, Aya, who will be Mistress Aya in this capacity.
