May 17th - What month is it?
You know you've been out of the labour loop and the social loop, when you have to ask someone, "What month is it?"
Well, I finally got around to shooting a few galleries, some of me with a kind of old-fashioned pin up look...
Very old fashioned really, some of them captured the feel of it more than others, but I definitely had fun doing it. Then I also did some wig transformations for a wig gallery, those are still being sorted. So they won't be up for a bit yet.
Our costs for hosting just went up this month, and it looks like the Canadian dollar is going up too, two things that mean less money coming in, which is scary when there is so little coming in in the first place, I'm hoping we'll still be getting -some- profits. Though maybe it's some kind of porn-karma since I haven't been able to produce like I used to as of this year of depression battling.
I want to do some supplementing as a pro-Domme more, but that means getting a page/site set up, and advertising, and all kinds of other fiddly bits, I do occasionally get a client through word of mouth, or someone taking the initiative to ask if I do sessions. I think it would actually be very good for me psychologically as well. You can't be feeling hopeless, weak or depressed when you're in total Top space, and all it takes is an eager bottom to get me there. My vanilla sex drive has decreased with my depression, but my kink libido still seems to be intact.
Held a beautiful little wild bird in my hand today, One of the cat's brought it into the house, totally unharmed, it flew wildly around for a few brief moments and then landed, and willingly let me pick it up. I thought for sure it must be stunned, or in shock, if not seriously injured, but once in my hands it didn't seem to be in shock at all, looking around curiously, acting rather cool, we took it outside to see if it was hurt in any way, I had passed the bird over to Wolfe, and as soon as he opened his hands a tiny bit, the bird squeezed through and was off like a shot soaring through the blue sky!
I'm going to try to get back into journaling more, and back into working on the sites more. Wolfe was talking about setting up a notify option for people for when I update my journal and that may act as extra incentive for me to write.
Anyhoo... that's it for tonight, I'm taking it in small doses.
