December  9 - Ignatius!

Well, I did it.  I got a puppy for Christmas.  Ignatius, who will probably often be known as Iggy, Igor, Iggy the piggy, or Ig the pig (yes I've had him less than 4 hours and I already have four variations on his name).  Ignatius is a total sweetie, an 8 week old pug and boston terrier cross (They're calling them Bugs). He's dark brindle with one white tipped paw and some white on the chest.  Right now, he's fast asleep in barbie's arms, who is also fast asleep.

I snapped these with the web cam about an hour ago, and I'm sure I'll have more and better soon.

Too adorable!  I'm in love.  I'd have taken better photos, but he's missing his litter mates so much, and he's so sleepy, that all he wants to do is bury his face totally in a person and snooze.  I didn't have the heart to make him sit up and take pictures while he whimpered and whined.

I've had an amazing weekend.  Which is why I've been very negligent, and haven't updated my daily pic in two days, and haven't updated my journal.  Up until today, Sunday afternoon,  pretty much all my weekend was spent in bed with barbie, well we did go out for dinner on Saturday night as well. I can safely say, other than sleeping, making love came in (a close) second for activity on which the total amount of time was spent.  I'm happily sore in many places, and a little exhausted to boot.

Oh now the joys of housebreaking begin.

Wish me luck.  I know, brief and lacking in details, but I have a new puppy to play with and dinner to cook!

I'll be updating the weeks recommended tomorrow, hopefully!

Come on.... just a little something, money for tea? for Christmas dinner? for toilet paper? for shaving cream? for a puppy? for oranges? for tampons? for paper? for Mr. Noodle? hooked on phonics lessons? for anti-depressants?
