April 01

April, spring has sprung, Shunga - literally translated as 'spring pictures' is the term that's used to denote erotic art works in Japan, so April's background theme scheme for me for the month are Shunga images.

Slow start to the day, I had to go in and get a bunch of blood drawn to run a battery of tests, since my blood pressure is so high, my Dr. wanted to check out blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, stuffs like that.  So after fasting through the night and into the morning, I didn't get into the clinic till noon, and then had to wait an hour and a half till they drew my blood, I was feeling rather woozy by then.  By the time it was a done deal I was more than ready to grab a snack and Wolfe and I shared some Chinese food. Once my constitution was restored we walked through Chinatown and bought some new bowls to replace the invariable losses through breakage that occur when one lives with a Wolfe. <smile> 

Home to do some work, fiddle about on the computer for a little bit, till my baby doll came by to lend some supplies and aid towards the cage/crib/ottoman/coffee table that is going to find a home in our living room, being made by a carpenter friend of mine.  Then we went out and browsed Value Village together, and I found a hot little black baby doll, lace top and satiny bottom, didn't bother to try it on, if it doesn't fit at that price and quality I'll find another home for it.

My poor slaby (slave baby) had her car towed, which meant a cab ride which she generously dropped me off from on her way to pick up her vehicle from the impound.

Now I'm just filling the space for a few moments while I write here before heading out with Wolfe to catch the late showing of Chicago, have been meaning to go see it for a while, and want to catch it while it's still in theatres.

So that's it from me, I'm off to the movies!
