Oh it's hot today... almost uncomfortably hot, but mostly just nice to be relatively naked and feeling like the air is cuddling me hot... sipping iced tea hot... cool showers and ice cream hot.

I love my hair this length.. the stubble is just long enough to be a dark defined shadow over my scalp, and just long enough that it doesn't act like velcro with everything it comes in contact with.. those of you have shaved your head will know what I'm talking about... your shirt sticking to your head as you try to pull it on!

  The other nice thing about having visible scalp is colouring on it.. ... people think I've gotten a tattoo.. or done henna, but really it's just a makeup pencil... I am going to invest in some quality henna pens though.. because I like sporting a little decal on my head when it's sheared... anything to draw the eye!... invite the shy to look, and the bold to let their gaze linger a little longer.

 The poly group we went to last night was a lot of fun, it was a huge turnout, and we met a lot of new people. A big happy crowd. Some very good discussion around why people had chosen a polyamorous lifestyle, or identified as poly. Also some discussions around jealousy and personal approaches to jealousy and sharing and communication. Very nice. It's always good to have community, people to discuss issues with that can identify with your perspective and may share common values and goals.

Time to scout out another cool drink and a bite to eat...
