Taoist Tai Chi

Although not a substitute for proper medical treatment, the taijiquan that we offer can help to improve the health and quality of life for people dealing health conditions such as poor circulation, high blood pressure, arthritis, back pain, joint immobilities, respiratory problems, digestive disorders, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and many others.

Medical evidence for the health benefits

For an overview, see Health Benefits of Taoist Tai Chi® Internal Arts and Methods

Medical adviser to the International Taoist Tai Chi Society.

I don't know if I left you this comment before or not. It may have been my intention to do so but I may have forgot. I was going to suggest a book by Louise Hay You can heal your life to perhaps help ease the pain you feel by saying positive affirmations and reaching for a place that may feel good enough for you to focus on a good feeling thought. I've watched you for years with admiration and always enjoy your blog. I am sorry that you are experiencing such chronic pain, my mother does as well with spinal stenosis and it is very debilitating. I hope to see you well beautiful

Thank you for sharing in detail about what you're going through. It sounds dreadful, and I hope your doctors are able to pinpoint the problem quickly and treat it effectively.

I have Myaglic Encephalomeylitis (also known unfortunately and hopefully for not much longer as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) along with Fibromyalgia and I could relate a lot to what you wrote about. I spend most of my days in bed. I take a hefty dose of long-acting morphine daily for widespread burning, electrical-like pain. And then there are the other neurological, gastro-intestinal, immunological, and endocrine symptoms. It definitely puts a crimp in ones sex life, no doubt about it. Especially when you have a spanking fetish like I do. Makes me wonder what the hell the fetish gods where thinking! ;-)

And healthy people have a hard time getting it. But I hope you'll continue to share when you have the strength. Sex is so often about fantasy, but real life is important too.
