Depression is something I understand all too well. I'm glad that you have Wolfe - your Daddy, your bed, your embrace - to get you through those times when you descend into the dark.

Open and honest people are a rare commodity these days. You seem to posess both of these attributes, even while walking the edge of a straight razor.(my own clumsy attempt of a metaphor!) You show a real strength of character. I'm just glad you're still swimming! (sorry I got posts mixed)

Open and honest people are a rare commodity these days. You seem to posess both of these attributes, even while walking the edge of a straight razor.(my own clumsy attempt of a metaphor!) After reading the entry of your recent operation, I was bummed at first. And I still am I guess, but you show a real strength of character. I'm just glad you're still swimming!

I'm glad you have your Wolfe and your safe space.
Floating on your back as you breathe out and in your body drops and rises.
The water under you and the breath in you will support you.
And if you get sucked under help will come.
You will rise again.
Like the dark of the moon waxes again till the full.
It's all beautiful.
You are.
