Update from the road.
Well, we have been on the road, and we travelled all the way up to the North end of Vancouver Island, beautiful, visiting Long beach, visiting Cathedral grove old growth rainforest, going up to Port Hardy, blah blah blah, and well, I got food poisoning and got sick as a dog. SO sick, we had to cut it short and drive down asap back to Victoria for me to retreat into the haven of my parents den across from a real bathroom for me to be really sick in. I was sick sick sick for 5 days. Blech. Recuperated now, and we’ve gotten back on the road to explore the west coast of the Island a bit. Stayed at French Beach provincial park last night. So for people have not heard hide nor hair of me, I’ve either been away from internet access in the woods or on the beach, or cramped up in a little ball of dehydrated misery in my parents den and/or bathroom… mostly bathroom!
Here are some photos from the trip so far.
Photos taken of the forest and rivers out the window, while driving:

And there are loads more pics on Iggy and Bella’s journal of them on the beach !

I’m glad your seeing pretties on the road.
Sorry you got the food poisoning.
I wanted to suggest something that could help.
If you suspect you have food poisoning, grapefruit seed extract kills it superfast so you don’t have to get sick.
That’s grapefruit seed extract. It comes in pills or tincture. I’ve always used the pills. One or two pills works just fine. The sooner taken the better of course.
You can pick it up at a natural foods store usually. I think even Fred Meyers carries it in their natural food section. It can come in handy. And if you don’t got that rosemary can help too. Fresh is better but dry helps as well. Just not as well as the grapefruit seed extract.
Take care o you lady. And have much beautious fun, you and your man both.
