Sorry you got the food poisoning. 
I wanted to suggest something that could help. 
If you suspect you have food poisoning, grapefruit seed extract kills it superfast so you don't have to get sick.
That's grapefruit seed extract. It comes in pills or tincture. I've always used the pills. One or two pills works just fine. The sooner taken the better of course. 
You can pick it up at a natural foods store usually. I think even Fred Meyers carries it in their natural food section. It can come in handy. And if you don't got that rosemary can help too. Fresh is better but dry helps as well. Just not as well as the grapefruit seed extract.
Take care o you lady. And have much beautious fun, you and your man both.
