Today in the Northern Hemisphere it’s the first official day of winter, winter solstice, the shortest day of year - Happy Solstice. I’m looking forward to there being more daylight. I dreamt last night about getting full spectrum lighting, maybe that was a sign from my subconscious. I don’t get out much, I wonder if it would help with my depression, could be worth a try. I can’t believe Christmas is just days away, I really need to get wrapping. There is a local lantern festival tonight, and I still want to see Narnia, but at the same time I just don’t want to leave the house, grump!
